Our Story
David Bell has been around construction and real estate his entire life. His father and grandfather were both contractors. David became a licensed contractor in the early 1990's. In 1997 he was hired by Walt Disney Imagineering to work on the construction of Tokyo Disney Seas and stayed with Disney for 24 years. As a Principal Engineer and Technical Director, David worked on over 75 attractions at every Disney park in the world and worked on the design and production of five brand new Disney theme parks from the ground up.
After a long career with Disney, David started his own inspection business as a CWI (certified welding inspector), ICC Special Inspector (government inspector for commercial projects) and an InterNachi Certified Professional Home Inspector.
David also knows real estate as a CA Licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor for over 10 years.
